He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac McGee and Stella Carpenter McGee; his wife Sarah Elizabeth "Betty" Crum McGee; and his siblings, Rita McKelvey, Harry and Paul McGee.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathye K. Kohut Holstein of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Paula Carpenter (Todd) of Pleasant City, Trixy Carpenter (Charles) of Byesville and Phillip Holstein (Andrea) of Dublin; his great grandchildren, Kelsey, Xyler and Chance Carpenter; his brother Joe McGee of Canton; and his close friend Frank Carpenter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McVay-Perkins Funeral Home (416 East St, Caldwell, OH 43724). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
