He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Angst and Dorathea Angst (Cooper); his wife Catherine Shirley Angst; and his siblings, Helen Angst, Alma Angst, Robert Angst, Edward Angst and Lawrence Angst.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Vanover (Ed), Thomas Angst (Joan), Susan Smith (Jake), Donald Angst (Beth), Dennis Angst (Angie) and Jerry Angst (Shannon); his brother Raymond Angst; and his sister-in-law Sandy Angst. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
