He is survived by: his children, Jessica Cartwright (Jace) and Nathan Kocaj; his stepdaughters, Caitlin Thomas (Michael), Rachel Darin (Getty) and Holly Wulf (Jordan); his siblings, Charmaine Lipa, Terry Kocaj (Yvonne) and Bruce Kocaj; and his pet Hera. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
