She was predeceased by: her parents, Auty Owens and Alyssa Owens (Beulah); her former husband Richard Gallatin; her husband Wayne Cottrell; her daughter Lisa Gallatin; her stepchildren, Carl, Alan and Ruth; her brothers, Ural and David Owens; and her brothers-in-law, Perry Carter and Gary Flemming.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila; her son-in-law Dobber Tackett; her stepdaughters, Cheryl Haley and Jo Szymczak; her grandchildren, Heather Light (Dan), Allison Light (Derec), Katelyn Tackett, Bryson Tackett, Brittany MaHaley, Jason, Thomas, Jessica, Barbie Lee and April; her great grandchildren, Kateri, Lavinia, Dexter, Hudson, Harper, Blake, Edge, Lita, Heavenly, Ellis and Carl; and her siblings, Janice Carter, Sadie Shortridge (Danny), Ricky Owens (Edie), Sunny Owens (Nancy), Dennis Owens (Connie), Sandy Barton (Morris), Kate Flemming, Jennifer Potter (Chuck) and Judith Lyall (Chris Horn). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
