She is survived by: her husband Mark; her children, Tylor Oravec (Sydnie Wolny), Tiffany Malkowski (Danny) and Jacob Forsthoffer; her grandchildren, Ryan Forsthoffer, Gabrielle Malkowski and Lilian Malkowski; and her siblings, Mike Charek, Steve Charek and Sue Windbigler.
