He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Sullivan and Ruth Sullivan (Stetler); his wife Ellen "Cathy" Sullivan; and his siblings, Harry "Herk" Sullivan, Barbara Stevens (Forrestal) and Joann Sullivan.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick Sullivan (Kari) of Norton and Sherry Zahradnick (Greg) of Doylestown; his grandchildren, Morgan, Braden, Gregory and Zachary; and his sister-in-law Elaine Sullivan of California. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
