He is survived by: his wife Jelly; his son Mike York of Guysville; his grandchildren, Landyn, Kayanna, Weston, Keisor, Adilyn, Lukas and Atticus; and his siblings, Brenda Burger (Dave) of Van Wert, Diane York of Van Wert, Steve York (Judy) of Ray Ohio and Clint York (Tracy) of Van Wert. He is also survived by 4 pets.
