She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Burch and Nina Reynolds Burch; her former husband Robert W. Smith; her husband Roy; her siblings, Clyde Burch, Mary Ann Jackson, Betty Franklin, Tom Burch and Jim Burch; and her granddaughters, Taylor Vaughn Smith and Ashley Ann Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Smith (Amanda) of Palm Bay, FL., Roby Smith of Shadyside, Roy Smith (Stacy) of Belmont, OH and Keith Smith of Shadyside; her brother Robert Burch of Bellaire; and her grandchildren, John, Sierra, Cathy, Walker, Shayne, Caige, Andrew, Haley, Connor, Toby, Ariel, Natalie, Brionna, Isaac and Lyric. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Toothman Funeral Home (141 S Marietta St, St Clairsville, OH 43950). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
