She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Giffin and Elva Giffin (Hahn); and her brother Robert Giffin. She is survived by: her husband Paul "Bud" Melanko Jr.; her children, Paul "Dusty" Melanko (Mariah), Jared Melanko (Sarah) and Marissa Jovicic (Taylor); her grandchildren, Harper, Jack, Jared Jr., Sloane, Aubrey, Adelyn and Jude; her siblings, Patty Giffin and Mark Giffin (Vicky); her sister-in-law Georgia Green (Hub); and her friend Kay Eikleberry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
