She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul M. Albright and Virginia Weigle Albright; her former husband James Futhey; her husband John Andrecht; and her children, Robert Clay Futhey and Justine Leslie Futhey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Clark (Ronnie), Stacy Holub (Bob) and Susan O'Connell (Shawn). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
