He was predeceased by: his parents, Delcie Palmer (Scott) and Eugene Palmer (Helen); his sister Terry; and his brother-in-law Greg Driscoll. He is survived by: his siblings, Penny Kenamond (Mark), Lori Palmer (Tom Bogus), Patty Palenicek, Rosy Mendelson (Gerry) and Fred Reitberger (Elaine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and numerous great nieces and great nephews.
