She is survived by: her husband Donald Shimandle; her children, Donald Shimandle Jr. and Lisa Curtis (Igor); her siblings, Patricia Kuta, Barbara Warshaw (Michael) and Peter Vidovic (Wendy); her siblings' children, Gregory (Lisa), Peter, Christopher, Candice (Matt), Mary and Krista (Joe); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Elijah, Madeline, Greenlee, Brynn, Carter and Evelyn; her grandchild Tanqueray; and her children, Geneen, Sherri and Christy.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown-Forward Funeral Home (17022 Chagrin Blvd, Shaker Heights, OH 44120). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
