He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Rossbach (Ruth Nyfinger) and Macil Bennett; and his sister Joanne Schuh. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Claire"; his children, Kelly Ann Adam (Michael), Charles R. Jr. "Chip" (Michelle Mangano) and Robert D. "Rob" (Alana); his grandchildren, Beau (Caitlin), Skyler, Charles R. III, Austin Adam (Autumn) and Tyler Adam; his great grandchild Ellie Ann Rossbach; and his siblings, Donald Schuh and Deborah Lohman (Thomas). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown-Forward Funeral Home (17022 Chagrin Blvd, Shaker Heights, OH 44120). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the Lake View Cemetery (12316 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44106). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Edwin's Restaurant (12383 Cedar Rd, Cleveland, OH 44106).
