She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Joseph and Lucille Eleanor Krause Polk. She is survived by: her husband Donald; her daughter Kristi-Ann (Clay Lutsch); her granddaughter Elke Corinne Lutsch of Grove City, Ohio; her sisters, Jean Polk Horejs (Ed) of Broadview Heights and Carol Ann Toth (late Jim) of Sudbury; and her siblings' children, Lynzie (Chicago), Suzie Horejs (Broadview Heights), Jimmy and Jack Toth.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Brown-Forward Funeral Home (17022 Chagrin Blvd, Shaker Heights, OH 44120). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
