It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Asher Mitchener (Shaker Heights, Ohio), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other William H. Jones; his children, Robert A. Mitchener and Miriam Mitchener; his brother Larry E. Mitchener; his grandchildren, Jaden, Liam and Ava; Judith Claghorn Mitchener.

He was 84years old, and in the late stages of Alzheimer's disease.
