He was predeceased by: his parents, Ada Stokes and Willie Frank Stokes. He is survived by: his significant other Janet Stokes; his sister Cynthia Diane Jones; his daughters, Monica Carter, Robbin Whatley and Piper Stokes Jones; his son-in-law Dwayne Anthony Jones; and his grandchildren, Dwayne Mack Jones and Parin Jones. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brown-Forward Funeral Home (17022 Chagrin Blvd, Shaker Heights, OH 44120). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
