We bid farewell to Mary Lou DeYoung of Shaker Heights, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 24, 2025 at the age of 78. Mary Lou touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Mary Lou may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary Lou touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Esley Dupree "Tick" Fowler and Mary Etta Cheek Fowler. She is survived by: her son David Jolly; her daughter-in-law Anne Jolly; and her granddaughters, Mary Katharine Jolly, Sloan Jolly and Christina Jolly.
