He is survived by: his brother Duane Bookshar (Barb); his sister-in-law Barb; his son Everett; his wife Susan Owen; his son Rob (Chloe); his grandchildren, Bennett and Rainey; his sibling's children, Jess and Jodie (Jeff); his great-nephew Everett; his brother-in-law Richard "Dick" Owen; and his nephews, Brad and Scott Owen.
