He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jo Ann Neff; his children, Mark E. Neff (Elizabeth) of Alma, MI, Dean L. Neff (Caryle), Ken J. Neff of Washington Twnshp, OH and Jane A. Pernicone (Stephan) of Mayfield Hts; his grandchildren, Stevan (Miranda), Kelley (Travis), Kathryn, James, Claire (Benjamin) and David; and his great grandchildren, Nora, Owen and Willow.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Greater Cleveland (3630 Fairmount Blvd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118).
The family prefers that those who wish may make contributions in his name to Chagrin Valley Little Theatre, (http://www.cvlt.org.), or to First Baptist Church of Greater Cleveland, (http://www.firstbaptistcleveland.org.), 3630 Fairmount Blvd, Shaker Hts., OH 44118, where a Memorial Service will be held at a date and time to be determined.
