Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (741 Center St, Milford, OH 45150). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Cincinnati in Blue Ash.
