She was predeceased by: her father Everett Haines; her husband Max Johnston; and her siblings, William E. Haines and Joyce A. Swearingen. She is survived by: her children, Mark Johnston of Chapman, Cynthia Brown (Curtis) of Waynesville and Darrin Johnston (Rhonda) of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Nicole Root (Loren), Amanda Hackett (Sean), Heather Johnston and Kyla Johnston; her great grandchildren, Kaden, Hailee Root, Korbin, Adeline and Maximus Hackett; her siblings-in-law, Wayne Swearingen and Judith Haines; and her nieces and nephews, Kelli Swearingen, Billy Haines (Tanya), Bobby Haines (Shannon) and Alison Howe (Dave).
