He was predeceased by: his parents, Madge Marie Binkley (Forney) and Donald Arthur Binkley. He is survived by: his wife Ona Binkley (Dodds); his children, Stephen Binkley (Kristi) of Mansfield, Matthew Binkley of Sarasota and Rebecca Trefz (Matthew) of Lewis Center, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Connor Binkley (Kaitlyn), Griffin Binkley, Chase Binkley, Madison Binkley and Keegan Trefz; his great grandchild Olivia Binkley; and his aunt Virginia Forney.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shawnee United Methodist Church.
