She is survived by: her husband John R. Evans; her sons, George R. of Lima, David R. of New Cumberland, WV and James R. (Martha) of Waynesville, OH; her daughter-in-law Shirley Entinghe; her grandchildren, Allison Evans, Marley Evans, Elizabeth Yokum (Billy), Katherine Evans and William Evans; and her great grandchildren, Azriella Evans and Sadie Yokum. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
