She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Kurish and John Kurish of Czechoslovakia; and her siblings, Mary, Rose, Andrew, Leo and Sophia.
She is survived by: her nephew Ed (Kim); her children, Christine Woltman (Anthony Cambria) of Downington, PA, Karen Woltman of Chino Valley, AZ, Denise Bartlett (Jerry) of Seattle, WA and Mark Woltman (Nancy) of Chesapeake, VA; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Cambria and Adeline Cambria. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Ann Marie's wishes were to make a donation in her name to The Wilderness Center http://www.wildernesscenter.org. or Friendship Animal Protection League of Elyria Ohio.
