She is survived by : her mother Pauline Haky; her husband William Policz; her daughters, Kariann Lance and Tina Fonseca (Hector); her grandchildren, Kaleb, Madison, Trey, Devin and Brandon; her great grandchildren, Mason and Hunter; and her siblings, Marsha Eaton, Mark Haky and Keith Haky (Delores).
