It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dema Sue Meade of Sheffield Lake, Ohio, born in Letcher, Kentucky, who passed away on June 9, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Denver Meade; and her parents, Grover Meade and Gladice Meade. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Fryfogle (William) of Sheffield Lake, Denver "Ray" Meade (Mignon) of Salem, Rebecca "Becky" Meade of Sheffield Lake and Amy Cashmer of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Rebecca Moran (Frank), Ray Allen Meade, Richard Bridge, Ryan Meade, William "Billy" Fryfogle and Rodney Johnson; her great grandchildren, Dyllan, Declan Moran, Lily, Amara, Bailee, Peyton and Amelia; and her siblings, William Meade and Linda Fouts of Kentucky.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hempel Funeral Home (373 Cleveland Ave, Amherst, OH 44001). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Toledo Road Church of Christ (5075 Toledo Road).
