He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Chutes and Bessie Chutes; his wife Jo Marie Chutes; his grandson Michael Jr.; and his brothers, William, Robert, Lonnie and Lloyd.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Chutes (Sherry), Kevin Chutes (Jenny), Michael Chutes (Carrie) and Melissa Eakins (Kevin); and his siblings, Sharon Stallard (Mark) and Donald Chutes (Ann). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
