Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Chandra Gwen McKinney of Shelby, Ohio, born in Willard, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 66, on March 16, 2023. She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell Biettner and Rosetta Biettner (Green); her husband Willard Martin "Willie" McKinney; her sister Marian Sue Biettner; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Lee Rush.

She is survived by : her daughter Candace; her son-in-law Nathan Blunk; her granddaughters, Juliana and Cassidy; her brothers, Scott Biettner (Heidi) and Shawn Biettner (Sherri); her nieces and nephews, Gabe Biettner, Ella Biettner, Kurt Biettner, Scott Rush, Jonathan Rush (Kelly), Kyle Cooke (Charlie) and Kari Nettle (John); and her sister-in-law Kathy Fidler (Jim).

As a gift for their care, the family wishes that memorial contributions be made to Gentiva Hospice, 1199 Delaware Avenue Suite 102, Marion, OH 43302.
