He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Arther Sr. and Margarett Stieber (Warner); and his son Shane Stieber. He is survived by: his wife Dawn E. Stieber (Burkholder); his children, Curtis Stieber (Kayra) of Sandusky and Calena Fannin (Josh) of New London; his siblings, Paul Stieber (Shirley) of Texas, Martha Smith of Massachusetts, Frank Stieber (Cheryl) of Norwalk, Mary Krisher (Chuck) of Norwalk, Ann Hinckley (Roy) of Wakeman and Vincent Arther Stieber, Jr. of Arizona; Scott Barler of Shelby. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
