It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Lynn Eshelman of Shelby, Ohio, born in Willard, Ohio, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Richard Pennell. She is survived by : her mother Margaret Pennell (Lofland); her husband Mark Albert Eshelman; her daughters, Randi Dorion (Brian) of Butler and Mindy Tuttle (Zachary) of Shelby; her grandchildren, Savannah, Devin Dorion, Madilynn and Charlotte Tuttle; and her brother Dean Pennell of North Robertson.
