He is survived by: his parents, Jack R. Frankart and Ann M. Frankart (Hammersmith) of Willard, Ohio; his wife Karen; his children, Kelly Paull of Dayton, Ohio, Shannon Parsons (Daniel) of Shelby, Ohio, James Frankart (Natalie) of Bowling Green, Ohio, Michael Smith (Emily) of Ashland, Ohio and Jacob Frankart; his grandchildren, Kendal, Kaiden, Elliot, Kolton, Eddie, Kody and Jack; and his siblings, Deano Frankart of Willard, Ohio, Dianne Frankart of Shelby, Ohio, Darlene Gianndrea (Pete) of Summerville, Daren Frankart (Brenda) of Willard, Ohio and Devin Frankart of McAllen, Texas. He is also survived by 35 nieces and nephews.
