He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Ellsworth and Henrietta Lucille Russell (Garrett); his daughter Denise Russell; and his brother James "Jim" Russell. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Georgean Fisher; his daughter Jennifer Russell of Bexley; and his sisters, Clariene Stiteler of Shelby and Luella Conley of Bellville.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Penwell Funeral Home (168 W Main St, Shelby, OH 44875).
