It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Herta Lili (Renz) Panknin of Shelby, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 92, on July 25, 2023. She was predeceased by : her parents, Eduard Renz and Olga Renz (Renz); her husband Horst Werner Joachim Panknin; and her siblings, Albert, Edwin, Arnold, Edmund, Ewald Renz, Hedwig, Hildegard, Edith and Erika Renz.

She is survived by : her daughters, Barb Cline (Ted) of Whispering Pines, NC and Dorothy Olewiler (Bob) of Shiloh; her grandchildren, Carrie Hungate (Matt), Amy Leden (Brian), Joshua Olewiler (Leah), Samuel Olewiler (Emily) and Benjamin Olewiler (Katelyn); her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Everett Hungate, Ava, Brynna, Cameron, Davis Leden, Rebekah and Isaac Olewiler; her brothers, Erwin Renz (Wilma) of Mansfield and Horst Renz (YoungAe); and her sisters-in-law, Virginia Renz of Shelby and Rosie Renz of Chicago. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
