He is survived by: his children, Bryce Carson and Brooke Winkelman (Andrew); his sisters, Dawn Rogerson, Dee Travis and Dena McNutt (Dan); and his siblings' children, Cassandra Travis, Jessica Carver, Jenna McNutt and Brendon Rogerson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Putnam County Hospice.
