She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivory Douglas and Shirley Maye Blevins (McKenzie); her husband John Clinton Moore; her son-in-law Bill Barker; her grandson Chris Thompson; her great grandchild Raelyn; and her siblings, Judy Wilson (Glenn) and Homer Blevins (Carol).
She is survived by: her children, Karen June Channing (James) of Plymouth, Sharon Tackett (Jerry) of Shelby, Pamela Barker of Bucyrus, Douglas Moore (Kathy) of Shelby and John Moore (Crystal) of Shelby; her grandchildren, Aden Channing, Jill Channing (Alison Maddux), Rachael Westler (Keith), Adam Sweet (Josselyn), Jessica Converse (James), Dick (Acadia Caryl), Joshua Moore, Erica Meadows, John Yates, Thorin Moore, Kim Shaeffer (Paul), Todd Barker and Megan Rhodes (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Alivia, Natalie, Mitchell, Nicholas, Mallorie, Lexi, Trey, Amelia, Lucy, Daniel, Dalton, Jaymie, Jace, Jocelyn, Londyn, Kohen, Brysten, Serenity, Paisley, Mia, Ryan and Cecilia; her great great grandchildren, James, Gavin, Mylah, Annaleigh and Rory; and her siblings, Gayle Orr (Richard), Romana Walker (Norman), Glenn Blevins (Sharlene), Randy Blevins (Judy), Rick Blevins (Debby) and Larry Blevins (Vickie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Penwell Funeral Home (168 W Main St, Shelby, OH 44875). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
