Janis A. Hobbs Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janis A. Hobbs of Shelby, Ohio, who passed away on May 5, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Metzger and Leona Metzger (Rietschlin); her husband Raymond Hobbs; her siblings, Marilyn Metzger and Harold; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Metzger and Bill May.
She is survived by: her son Tom Roberts of Shelby, Ohio; her stepsons, Donnie Hobbs (Phylis Rank) of Camden and Douglas Hobbs (Dianna) of Fredericktown, Ohio; her grandchildren, Tanner, Alexa Roberts, Cheyenne, Robert and Christy Hobbs; and her siblings, Rosann May of Shelby and Gerald Metzger of Toledo. She is also survived by her five great grandchildren.
