He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cecil and Alberta J. Etter (Allen); his former wife Paula Etter; and his children, Doug Addison (Linda), Debra Williams and Glenna Burton.
He is survived by: his wife Mollie Midge Binion-Etter; and his children, Cindy Dumire, Mike Etter, Tim Etter, Nadine Patrick (Larry), Shawn Carty (Dan) and Clarke Dawley (Cindy). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
