He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. Sherlen Horn, Sr. and Daisy M. Horn (Stepp); his grandson Matthew; and his brothers, James Horn and Bob Horn.

He is survived by : his wife Della T. Horn (Kegley); his sons, John Sergent (Christy) of Las Vegas, NV and Ed Horn (Sheila) of Euclid; and his sisters, Vella McClain of Shelby and Della Newport (Bugsy) of Shelby. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
