He was predeceased by: his parents, James Swinehart and Catherine Swinehart (Daugherty); his wife Linda Campbell; and his siblings, Clarence, Edward Swinehart, Beatrice Swinehart, Emma Boley, Irene Flanagan and Ilene Austin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Shirey (Paul) of Shreve and Becky Curren of Wooster; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Bryan Curren, Matthew Monahan and Angelina Zimnoch (Michael). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
