It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark C. Tonjes of Sherwood, Ohio, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on December 26, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Tonjes and Betty M. Tonjes (Dell); his son Jason Mark Tonjes; and his sister Martha Hart. He is survived by: his wife Christine D. Culp of Sherwood, Ohio; his daughter Sarah E. Arvanitis (Tom) of Hamilton; his granddaughter Gaberia M. Hazell; and his siblings, Kathy Parker (Howard), Mary Dietrick and John Tonjes (Marlene).

The family requests memorial contributions be made to Church of God, Toledo.
