He was predeceased by: his parent Audrey Smethurst (Mosier). He is survived by: his stepdaughter Summer Powell (Bryan Bell) of Bryan; his adoptive daughter Kalli Smethurst of Defiance; his stepfather Phillip G. Smethurst (Robin Bell) of Bryan; his half-sister Brandi Frisbie of Montpelier; his niece Allie Bloir (Landon) of Edon; and his nephew Austin Frisbie (Breanna Wolfrum) of Bryan.
