Delmer L. Bailey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Delmer L. Bailey of Shiloh, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kendall Bailey and Rosa Bailey (Shepherd); his wife Bertha Bailey (Duff); his son-in-law Tim Ritchie; and his siblings, James Bailey, Frank Bailey, Polly Lacey, Pearley Mize, Fred Bailey, Bert Bailey and Roberta Cole.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Bailey (Linda Smith) of Crestline and Leisha Ritchie of Shiloh; his grandson Brandon Ritchie (Brittany) of Macedonia; his great grandchild Bailey Ritchie; and his sister Elva Reed. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 2:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home (35 Railroad St, Plymouth, OH 44865). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
