We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Eugene Richard White of Shiloh, Ohio, born in Oberlin, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rusynyk and Marge Rusynyk (Pearce); his in-laws, Bill "Beardy" and Dody Viars; and his brother-in-law Jerry.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay White (Viars); his children, Shane White (Caroline) of Shelby and Sabrina Heckathorne (Steve) of Gahanna; his granddaughter Mercedes Gallagher (Anthony); his grandfathers, Carter Kessler (Diana Rodriguez), Triston White, Hayden White, Calliope White, Stuart Heckathorne and Samuel Heckathorne; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Harper and Deacon; his brothers, Perry Rusynyk of Willard and Tom Rusynyk (Joy) of Norwalk; his sister-in-law Brenda Eberly; and his pet Opie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Penwell Funeral Home (168 W Main St, Shelby, OH 44875). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Baptist Church or Richland County Humane Society.
