With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Larry E. Shaffer of Shiloh, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth S. Shaffer and Dorothy L. Shaffer (Porter); his brother-in-law Johnie Deskins; and his parents-in-law, Charles Reiter Sr. and Kay E. Salyers.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Shaffer (Reiter); his daughters, Nichole Hamilton and Trisha Yoho; his grandchildren, Jordan Hamilton, Kashten Gardner, Kaleah Gardner, Marlee Hamilton, Marcus Hamilton, Bryce Yoho, Eddie Yoho, Jake Yoho and Chloe Shaffer; his sisters, Kate Means (Jeff Clabaugh), Cheryl Howard and Pam Reber (Ron); his mother-in-law Barb Reiter; his siblings-in-law, Pam Morris (Jim), Laurel Hicks (Will), Cherié Cordray (Doug) and Chad Reiter (Kit); his nephews, Tom and Denny Simmons; and his friend Steve Kershner.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home (35 Railroad St, Plymouth, OH 44865).
