He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene and Marjorie Stoffer (Fike); his son-in-law Jeff Russell; and his granddaughter Hanah Russell. He is survived by: his wife Dottie (Dottie); his children, Jeff Stoffer (Robin) of Pensicola, Tammi Russell of Mt. Gilead, Laura Bedocs (Earl) of Ashland and Jim Freewalt (Amy) of St. Mary's, Ohio.; and his siblings, Doug Stoffer (Linda) of Mansfield and Evelyn Stephan of Mansfield.
