She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Thompson and Ruby Thompson (Strickroth); her husband Chuck Hostetler; and her siblings, Gerald Thompson, David Thompson and Melody Thompson.

She is survived by: her children, Wayne Durbin of Wooster, Larry Durbin (Kathy) of Wilmington, NC and Wendy Durbin of Salisbury, NC; her stepchildren, Pete Hostetler (Candy) of Florida, Brian Hostetler of Florida, Nina Sellers of Florida and Bruce Hostetler (Sharon) of Ohio; her grandchildren, Kasseady Beam (Logan), Coral Henderson, Levi Kline, Devin, Aniya, Ty Durbin and Tyler Sellers; and her siblings, Leo Thompson (Bonnie) of Lodi, Crystal Thompson of West Virginia, Randy Thompson of West Virginia and Tracy Rhodes of West Virginia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
