He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Raines and Virginia Raines (Glass); his siblings, Chaneta "Shawn" Daugherty (Sonnie) and Randal Raines (Meredith Ginther); and his nephews, Greg Ginther and Michael Raines.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Raines of Independence, KY.; his stepchildren, Amy Brown, Lori Brown, Andy Brown and Lindsay Saalfeld (Eric); his stepgrandchildren, Brady, Emma, Grant, Maci Saalfeld, Gabriella Ertl, Evelyn, Emerson and Elise Brown; his sister Pam Ginther (Ray) of Wooster, OH; and his nephew Orville.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions be made to The National Kidney Foundation or any veteran's program-charity of your choice in Bob's memory or to the New Pittsburgh Fire Department, New Pittsburgh, OH (in memory of Greg Ginther).
