He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Porter McMillen Sr. and Melba Quinsue McMillen (Bagwell); and his brother Jeffrey McMillen. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; and his daughters, Christine Geiser (Don), Melissa McMillen (Rob Shaw), Beth Starr (Sean) and Catherine McMillen (Richard Gill). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
