She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Emberling and Barbara Emberling (McKinney); her spouse Merle Eugene Howell; and her sister Judy Strong. She is survived by: her daughters, Cleonda DeWeese (Tim) of Sidney, OH and Krista Brown (Don) of Enterprise, MS; her grandchildren, Jason (Molly), Dustin (Carrie), Ryan, Joshua DeWeese (Jeanette) and Leah Brown; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Lillian, Jonah, Isaiah, Chase, Annabelle, Coraline, Russell, Teri, Lucas, Nathan and Hailey DeWeese.
Memorials may be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church.
