She was predeceased by: her parents, Maderia Skinner and Thelma Skinner (Boyer); her husband Ernest Milton Fogt; her children-in-law, Glenna Fogt and Franklin Lockhart; and her siblings, Maderia Skinner, Jeanette Skinner and Beulah Elliott.

She is survived by: her children, Craig Fogt of Fort Loramie, Melody Voisinet (Bryan Yinger), Bruce Fogt (Jolene) of Troy, Sherry Pottorf (Doug) of Sidney, Diana Lockhart of West Milton and Dawn Fogt of Piqua; and her brother-in-law Phillip Elliott. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
